Payment is due upon booking of appointments.
If you need to change your appointment time, we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. This allows for others to access appointments, and for our therapists to plan their time effectively.
There is no charge for rescheduling appointments if you let us know more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment (not including weekends and Australian public holidays).
If you cancel or re-schedule within 24 hours, the day before your scheduled appointment, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel or re-schedule on the day of your appointment, the full fee for your appointment will be due.
Medicare does not provide a rebate for cancellation fees, so you will only receive a rebate if you attend the appointment.
Our reception team always acknowledges the messages we receive. If you have not received a message from us confirming your cancellation or request to re-schedule, this means that we have not received it. Please reach out again.
